The Best Peanut Sauce EVER

Trust me when I say that this is actually the best peanut sauce ever. I've tired plenty of recipes, and this one gets the most compliments by far. It's thick, creamy, and perfectly salty with a touch of sweetness, plus it stores well and pairs nicely with lots of dishes! Every time I make it for friends or family, they always ask me for the recipe so figured it was time to share it.

Hope you love this sauce as much as I (we) do!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (I like using Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter)
  • Juice of 1 lime, 2-3 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (can sub with honey)
  • Thumb size chunk of ginger, pealed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce or sriracha
  • 2-3 tbsp water, more if needed

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy *Consistency should be thick; add more water if you like it thinner
  • Serve and enjoy or store in a glass jar or Tupperware in the fridge for use within the week
